Advertise On Mike's Blog With Me…

As you know some of the best ways to get traffic to your site is through the search engines. And as you know search engines love blogs.

If you know how to use blogs you can easily get more traffic to your website just by posting your keywords in the title and having your blogs indexed.

Other ways to get traffic to your site is to use popular free traffic exchanges. They come in many forms such as start (homepage) exchanges, safelists (opt in email ads), toolbar ads such as instantbuzz.com and forums such as the free advertising forum.

If you are looking to kill 2 birds with one stone, you can advertise for free on a new BLOG that actually allows you to place your ads for free on their site.

The reason this is good because you get all the benefits of placing your ads on a BLOG and you all get to advertise for free.

Most people would look at this as a no brainer. Although most webmaster do not like people to advertise on the blogs, this site was made just for that.

It is free to join and thousands are flocking to this service to drive huge traffic to their sites in ju8st days by simply posting one little ad on their home page.

Anyone looking to increase their profits should look in to

Blog upgraded

We've just upgraded our blog to WordPress and the amazing thing is that we actually managed to convert the look of phpBB (the forum) to the new blog :D This way the site will look the same no matter if you're in the blog or in the forum part.

All posts where successfully converted into WordPress and we even managed to get the first post on the main page so there's still a connection between the blog and the rest of the site.

To develop this site even more we're doing a little bit of research on other marketing forums and blogs, so feel free to let us know of any forums or blogs you've found where you can market your services and products (free posting forums etc). If you're helping us on this we will give you a couple of links to your sites or affiliate programs as thank you.

While we're asking you for information, please let us know if you want us to add any additional forums or if there's anything else you're missing in our forum. We want to develop the best ad forum on the Internet just for you :D

Also if you happen to know of any poll plug in for WordPress, please let us know.

The first blog post

Welcome to the new blog service from WorldTradeForum.com. Since we moved the World Trade Forum to a separate domain we've upgraded the forum to a portal, added a couple of nice features and also created a blog service where you all get your own blog :D .

The nice thing with all this is that you post your own offers in your blog and have people subscribe via RSS feeds to your blog (the little orange button in the address bar of your browser :) ). This way people interested in your offers can subscribe for more….

You can of course set your own theme on your blog, just visit the "User Control Panel" and click on Blog in the left menu. There you can also change permissions for your blog. I.e. if you want guests to post comments (a really bad idea due to spam). If you allow guests to post comments you must clean up spam, otherwise we may have to delete your blog.

Whenever you post in the blog the post title will show up under your avatar when you post in the forum :D . That way you can attract more visitors to your offers.
